Great shot. There's real energy in it.
After reading up on this sort of stuff, I learned a wee trick.
If you set a long slow exposure, and drive the car really slowly, you'll get much smoother streaks of light passing the car, and less camera shake overall.

As for locations, erm.. Leeds city centre? theres a couple of tunnels in the middle of the city on the ring road.

It is a top shot mate.
I think VW use mostly blue dash lighting, so I'll go with Seat - it's definitely VAG :)

wow this is trippy! Like the idea of using a gorilla pod for this. I tried wedging a tripod behind the seat to do one but nearly caused a pile up when I started to slip!
