The rendition is well-done, and the framing of the trees is good. But a shot like this has to be almost perfect for me. The tree on the left gets in the way of the stronger trees. The birds are distracting as well.

This is an ok photo. There's alot lacking here though. Its too flat tonally. You need to pump up the contrast and get rid of all the greyness. The crop is awkward two with little bits of trees coming in from all over the place. I would have suggested taking the picture from a little further away too to get more in it... but its a little late for that. Just doesn't cut it for me.

Expose for the horizon/sky instead, keep the focus on the tree(s), the folks on the bench aren't interesting enough to be that prominent in this shot. Less depth-of-field.
